I'm sure by now most of you have heard about LiLu's new project In It To Gym It, but if you haven't heard, it's an awesome community of bloggers (there are over 60 of us now) posting whenever we want about all things fitness/weight loss/exercise related.
So far, it has been an extremely powerful motivator for us all. The posts are fantastic and the feedback everyone gives and receives is so incredibly positive. We all have different short term goals, but as a whole we're in it for the same thing - to get healthy, and stay that way.
