Happy Friday, Giving Thanks, and a Giveaway!

Happy Friday, everyone! This week has felt really long, so I'm excited the weekend is upon us! The past several weekends have been completely filled with plans, but this weekend my calendar is empty. And I couldn't be happier. I'm looking forward to relaxing, reading (have you joined #twookclub yet?), cooking, possibly some running, and of course that pesky homework.

November is typically a month for giving thanks. I've seen several bloggers and friends participating in "30 Days of Thanks", and it got me thinking about all the things I'm thankful for in my life. Including you! So as a thank you to all of you, I'm having a little giveaway. Here's what you get if you win:

Nail polish - Butter London's "Henley Regatta" - It's bright, it's sparkly, and perfect for the holiday season!

Starbucks Gift Card - So you can treat yoself to your favorite holiday beverage. In a red cup, of course.

Surprise goodies - That's all I'm gonna say.

All you have to do is leave a comment telling me one thing you're thankful for! Please make sure you provide some way for me to contact you, if your account doesn't already link to your e-mail address.

BONUS ENTRY
For one bonus entry, you can tweet about the giveaway. Please include my twitter handle, @SeattleStevie

Good luck! You have until next Friday at midnight to enter. Winner will be announced Saturday, November 12th.

Oooh, pick me, pick me! I'm thankful for so many things - a wonderful boyfriend,a supportive mother, a cute little city to live in, the Coast Guard that pays our rent, my snuggly kitty, my stable job. Shall I go on? I could also add some selfish things in there, like my Bakers boots, my snazzy iPhone & fun-size Butterfingers.

You know where to find me if I win! :)

All you had to say was Nail Polish! hahaha

There are way too many things I'm thankful for, but I think the past month has been so rich in creating new friendships that that is what I'm thankful for.

Also, that it's supposed to snow this weekend. So excited! :)

All my best!

I'm so thankful for the chance to be back in school, exploring a city I love, and meeting new people (or getting to see old friends more)! There's a lot to be thankful for.

I know this is cliche but I'm thankful for my family and for their unconditional love, for the fact that I know they'll always be there for me. This kind of love is exceptionally rare, at least from my experience :)

I am very thankful for all of the amazing friends who have made these last few really difficult weeks oh-so-much better. And I am also very thankful for caffeine, without which I would have been zombie Joanna this last month.

I have so much to be thankful for! Right now I'm especially thankful for my family's health. I think health is often taken for granted until you face some type of illness and remember how awful being sick really is.
Fun giveaway!

I'm thankful that even though I've gone MIA on blogging, I'm still close to a lot of the friends I have made in the blogging community.

And wine. Definately thankful for wine. As well as grateful for contests like this. You're awesome.

What an awesome giveaway!

This might sound cliche but right now I'm grateful for little moments. There's been a lot of "turbulence" in my life and in friends' lives recently but I've been able to laugh at little things and find joy in things like "red cup" and I'm EXTREMELY thankful for that.

I also tweeted about it!

What a fun giveaway, and a great idea! I love the idea of turning November into a month of being thankful. Today, I'm thankful for my cozy scarf, Real Simple magazine, and takeout Indian. Sometimes it really is the little things. So glad to have found your blog via Becky! @metropolis718

What a wonderful giveaway! I'm thankful for the support my family gives me - they always have of course, but especially at this time: i was miserable at a job and rather than tell me to stick it out because of money, they let me leave it knowing the toll it was taking on me. Now, I'm unemployed but they're supporting me until I can get back on my feet. If that's not the unconditional love of a family, I don't know what is :)

Have a wonderful weekend!
